"OK, so we quickly realised this place is being used for socially housing homeless/asylum/those in need. Receptionist who greeted us, young lad, very pleasant and polite and helpful. Breakfast which we paid for on the day was varied and just alright. "There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room."
