Really enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Clock Tower, our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from outside but it’s to be expected in the city centre. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Beautiful hotel and our room was huge with a lovely high ceiling. Our room was slightly noisy in the night but that’s to be expected in a city on a Saturday night. Staff friendly and helpful especially when we got lost trying to find our room after using a different lift. Perfect location for the theatre

The hotel itself is lovely- love the bar area and the hotel lobby. The building has been tastefully renovated. The room was very comfortable. One minor complaint, there was no dressing table area / mirror where you could sit to do make up, style hair etc. the only mirrors were a full length mirror in the room with no nearby socket, or the bathroom mirror.

Lovely hotel great location for the Palace Theatre, not to far from the city centre (15mins walk to the centre 18mins to the corn exchange) a number of bars andeateries along the way. We drove in and parked at the local NCP car park (pay at the hotel and get a discounted rate £24 for 24hrs) the car park is a very short walk from the hotel and very secure unless you have your car parked there then you cannot get access inside.

The tall ceilings and generously sized rooms have us quite a bit more space than we were expecting. The staff were eager to attend to every need we had within 5-minutes asking. Overall and incredible experience for our first trip to Manchester.

The building, both inside and out, is stunning. The lobby area is absolutely gorgeous. The attached restaurant and pub, The Refuge, was top class and a lot of fun. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I did get a very creepy feeling later that evening from our room and the hallway. I asked the receptionist if the place was haunted. She said, "oh yeah, but mostly in the second floor". We were on the third, so no worries. I love quirky places anyhow. It was overall an amazing stay. Glad I booked
