"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...

"Lovely stay in a charming manor. Well maintained grounds and good breakfast buffet for full English breakfast or cereal and juices. We stayed in the Epsom and another suite that were separate to the main manor. Both were well appointed and charming. The only negative was one of the rooms was not made up on our 2nd day, and we ran out of shampoo and toilet roll! The bar staff were excellent and amazingly accommodating. Very happy with our stay! "

"If you’re going to walk there please be careful As you walk on main road and through mud but overall it’s so quiet staff are nice One staff member upgraded me for free after I’ve walked and waited till 3pm for check in. I would recommend if you want some where nice "
