We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "

"It was so easy to get to using Gatwick Hopper bus service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean. Felt a lot better than other budget hotel. But cheaper! Very Happy"
