Outside garden area with tables is a major plus and smoking allowed. Hotel is clean and very comfortable lobby/lounge. Hoppa bus runs every 15 min 24/7 which makes the short transport to Gatwick super convenient. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!"
