All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. "This property was wonderful for our family with teens/older kids. The houae is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We have plenty of cookware and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully modernized and opens to a nice garden. One note for those traveling dueinf summer, as with most London homes, there is no air conditioning. The property manager provided fans for each bedroom, which helped improve sleeping comfort. We would happily rent this home again!"

"We really lucked out with this one. We were vacationing with two teens - 18 year old boy, 17 year old girl, se we needed three bedrooms. Difficult to find in London, and impossible in July without a lot of money. And having a nice grocery nearby saved even more - we were able to do so much in London because we found the right place. "Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. "

"Our stay in Kingswood was the last week of an enjoyable month in the UK. We found out en route to London that the property we had booked 18 months before on Vrbo would not be available to our party of 8 retirees.
