"The front desk staff was wonderful, warm, friendly, and service-oriented. My room, a junior suite, was spacious, clean, decorated well, functional, and had a gorgeous city view. The bed was incredibly comfy with plush linens. The shower had excellent water pressure and got very hot. I couldn't ask for anything more."

"This was a great facility and the staff was very nice. My only remark is that there were not any power outlets available near the bed for charging or our CPAP and the breakfast was very limited (and not gf friendly). "

"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable. "The are is quite safe but is LA. You can find homeless every where on the street. But the hotel is very safe. Highly recommended "
