The hotel was just okay. The noise levels were higher than expected, which made it hard to relax. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement—they weren’t dirty, but not particularly clean either. On the positive side, the location is very convenient for visiting Universal, which was a big plus.

The water in the showers was not hot at all, barley warm!! And the hot tub outside wasn't hot either. I never saw any postings that it was down for maintenance, so when I go to step into the hot tub and it's more like stepping into a cool feeling pool.
