"Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because...

"Definitely recommend this hotel. First time staying in the area and it was raining so not much walking. The old charm the hotel has takes one back to simpler times. We stayed with a newborn and not one worry about staying there. "

"Service was great, and the room was amazing. Website states they have car service but they do not. Sad that they are closing down to renovate for exclusive hotel. This was a perfect location for visiting."
