"Great location for UCLA Medical Center. I received an upgraded large room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and the balcony was nice. The parking situation was tight, but workable."

"This is a nice hotel in a very nice part of the city. It is quite noisy being on a major road and the two beds in the suite are most definitely not Queen size. It was clean and had a very upscale and upgraded look to the rooms and lobby."

"Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and...

"Dirty floor, difficult and inaccurate check in process. Great pool, good location"

"Good with communication. Bed was comfy. Location is good. Nobody told me I needed the garage clicker to get out of the parking garage and I left the keys in the room when I left. Had to wait for someone to come home to get out. The carpet is dirty. There is no coffee or end table in the livingroom to set a drink down. Kitchen was pretty bare bones."

"I LOVE this hotel. I love the neighborhood - and that you can walk around and find SO MANY amazing food options. It's also close to the Korean spa I like to frequent when I'm in town. Sitting poolside is heavenly and they have great food and beverage. The staff is very nice. I also really like that you can take the FlyAway bus from LAX to Union Station, and then the D metro line right to the hotel. The only thing that can be an issue is noise from adjacent rooms. On both of my recent stays, I had some issues sleeping through the night because of people either partying in the rooms next to me, or music coming from other rooms. "
