"We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last few years. They have recently done some remodeling as well..The staff is very kind and attentive..The rooms are clean and quiet and well stocked for immediate needs..There is a very nice self serve breakfast in the morning..Parking is limited but the staff is very helpful with this as well. Not a fancy place but excellent.."

"The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good."

"Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. Our room was in the other building were the entrance to the garage was and although helpful garage attendant tried to assist... it took an hour to figure out where the apartment, parking garage entrance and...

"Good with communication. Bed was comfy. Location is good. Nobody told me I needed the garage clicker to get out of the parking garage and I left the keys in the room when I left. Had to wait for someone to come home to get out. The carpet is dirty. There is no coffee or end table in the livingroom to set a drink down. Kitchen was pretty bare bones."
