"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable.
