"We stayed for 7 nights and had an overall great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. After the first night we had an issue with the faucet in the washroom that couldn’t be fixed. We were upgraded to a better room for the remainder of our stay - no hassle. Also, their on site restaurant wasn’t open most of the time so couldn’t use it. Overall I would recommend this hotel - great people, clean rooms, great service, great location. "

"The hotel was very close to universal Studios, had a decent sized room for a large family, and a great breakfast. The AC unit was quite old and didn't work well to cool the large space, but it was a good room overall. "

"Beds are a little uncomfortable (hard) and sheets and towels are dingy. But overall I have no other complaints. For the price and the area I would stay again."

"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable. I got my blanket, but not before she yelled at the maintenance guy to bring it to me- it was seriously uncomfortable to...
