"Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Underground, closed parking garage was amazing. The neighborhood was concerning, a lot of homeless and questionable people at every direction. Sirens of police cars and fire department at almost all times. Even the smallest sounds came through to the room. The TV was outdated and the showerhead is placed so low, that a 6-foot tall person can't enjoy a shower."

"Located about 8 minutes of slow walk from Hollywood Western Metro Station. Other than the metro station, i do not see any homeless people hanging around, as some of the reviews have claimed, so i felt safe during my stay. Basic hotel that meets my needs. Room is clean and the TV has a wide selection of channels, including HBO. Overall, for the price, this hotel is a good deal, clean and conveniently located near the metro. "

"I have no real complaints about the area other than it’s really difficult to find parking if you can’t get into the designated parking area behind the gate. The guys are really nice there too. From the cleaning staff to the front desk. Shout out to the front desk for still opening the gate to the parking area at 4 AM in the morning because I get off work at 3 and for letting my husband stay, even though he had just lost his ID card. We’re very grateful for that to the front desk guy. "
