"Just off the beaten path of Hollywood Blvd and easy enough to get to from the highway. A fun slice of classic Hollywood kitsch with very good sized rooms (and bathroom) and with the excellent Clark Street Diner next door to and accessible from the hotel lobby I was never wanting for a quality meal. Fantastic trip all around and a great place to stay if you want something that's still "Hollywood" but just far enough away from the neon glow of it all so that you can get a good nights sleep"

"Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because...

"Super friendly service. Above and beyond kind. Great breakfast, they gave my son a toy car and helped with directions and restaurant recommendations. "

"Close to the city center and downtown. The staff was great and accommodating. Valet parking only available additional $45. 4th floor was convenient to fitness center, dining and a lounge to entertain friends if they wanted to visit you. They have $20 parking valet for first 2hrs and $45 beyond."
