Find Hotel with a Concierge in Holland Park

"We had asked two things from the concierge on our 2 nd day 1. For water glasses in the bathroom 2. To have someone explain the heating system as at times the room was a bit cold Neither of these small requests were dealt with. Other than these minor complaints ,we enjoyed the location and walk ability of the hotel. "

"We really liked the location of the hotel, not too far of a walk to a few different underground stations, close to restaurants and pubs. We stayed with our 2 kids and the room was decent sized room. The pullout was on the smaller size than what we are used to, but our kids were able to sleep on it without issue. I'd stay here again."

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."

"Small room, but good value for the area. There is a small elevator that is very slow, but does the trick for getting luggage to the upper floors. The staff is very nice and the place is immaculate. "
