"Great value for money. Not walking distance to any of the touristy stuff. But a 12 gbp uber ride gets you to the heart of london. There is a huge upscale mall very close where you can get your shopping done. Kensington is a lovely neighborhood, very walkable with lots of nice shops and resteraunts."

"This place was very accommodating and even went the extra mile to accommodate me given my disability. I was super impressed with the staff and their courteous behaviour towards me as a Deaf person. This says a lot about this establishment and their selection of staff. This has to be by far one of the best places I have stayed in to date for their kindness and friendliness towards deaf people. It’s a big deal for someone like me. The only complaint I would have is the other occupants of the room being chaotic with their dumping of bags right next to the beds so I would have to navigate them in the middle of the night. This aside I have rated as fairly as I can."

"Great stay at this cute hotel that was close to the subway & bus stop/station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Our room could have used a new mattress, but overall it was a great place to call home while in London. The area is safe & we would stay there again. "

"Wonderful people and so friendly and helpful. Very small accommodation and bathroom was almost alarmingly tiny. Could use more space for things, limited shelving or surfaces to use for our belongings. Mini fridge was a huge plus, and the mattresses were new I believe, as they were amazingly comfortable. Slept really well there, and it was very quiet. Nice stay, but probably not for people who need a bit more space, have a lot of luggage, or are used to American chain hotels. Would definitely recommend to solo trailers on a budget. "
