"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. "We had asked two things from the concierge on our 2 nd day 1. For water glasses in the bathroom 2. To have someone explain the heating system as at times the room was a bit cold Neither of these small requests were dealt with. Other than these minor complaints ,we enjoyed the location and walk ability of the hotel. "
