"This was our families first time in London, and our stay at this flat really made the trip for us. The location is amazing, perfectly located near the underground, shopping and restaurants. The flat itself was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 4. Communication with City Relay was smooth and they were always responsive. Would definitely book again for a future trip!"

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."
