You couldn’t get better than this!
Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. We arrived in Kensington not knowing any of the area. We got off the tube and almost around the corner was our rental. We were so pleased with both the area and where we were staying. Having the Tube so close was a wonderful plus! It was a pleasure to step inside and see how pretty and clean everything was, true to the photos and descriptions. The area around included restaurants ,grocery store and so many places of interest that were within walking distance. Especially loved the meal and atmosphere at The Castle , a pub right around the corner. Try not to miss Portobello Market, especially if you want a few souvenirs. Thank you Yvonne for all your directions and help, it made our stay so much easier.you were definitely a super host. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in an area that is close to so many things of interest. Jim, Jocelyn ,John and Cynthia

Quiet and charming
We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and of course gelato in the afternoons. I highly recommend this flat for your visit in London. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊💕

Charming flat in a perfect location
The flat was wonderful and centrally located between Kensington and Notting Hill. It was right around the corner from the underground. Yvonne was delightful. The apartment was clean and had fans in every room which was nice because it was hot. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful and convenient!
Of the places we stayed on our UK trip, this was our favorite! The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the Tube, lots of shops and places to eat within a short walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Loved the flat. Really clean and plenty big. Perfect for our family of four adults. Great location literally a block from Holland Park Tube Station which has nice pubs, restaurants, markets around the corner. Close access by bus or tube to all London sites or walk to Notting Hill and Kensington park. Don’t miss shopping at Notting Hill street market like in the movie. Host Eve was super nice and helpful, especially at check in. Will recommend to friends.

Holland Park delight
Great stay in a fabulous location so close to Holland Park tube station with lots of shops and restaurants just one street away. Apartment was wonderful with good security, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities and the second toilet/shower room was an added bonus for our family. Yvonne was a lovely, hospitable host. She even had repeat guests staying after us. Would highly recommend!

We first stayed in this apartment in 2019 and enjoyed it so much we came back. The tube is only a block away. We were near a grocery store, a pub, delis, restaurants, and other shops. We could walk to Edera a wonderful Italian restaurant. We love the neighborhood and the apartment.

Holland Park Stay
Property was warm,cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location is outstanding only a block from Holland Park tube and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and Portobello Rd. Loved it felt like a home away from home. Eve was a brilliant host and could no do enough to assist. This was our 2nd stay so clearly we enjoyed it.

The listing was accurate, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Easy walk to 2 different underground lines, shopping very close by. The apartment was quiet and neighborhood felt very safe even when walking home late at night. Yvonne is easy to reach if needed. We would stay here again.

Positives: Host was highly responsive; Great location with a two minute walk to the Central line and a ten minute walk to the Circle (red) and District Lines (yellow and green); located in a sub-neighborhood of Notting Hill with multiple pubs, tasty cafes and convenient stores; quiet with a 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle of Notting Hill. Gap: Living room furniture was tired with an uncomfortable covered futon as the couch. Flat would have felt cramped if we were stuck in there for a rainy day. Overall - Would stay again for the location, quiet, cleanliness and host.

Great flat in a great location!
My wife and two boys (8 & 4) had a wonderful stay at this London flat. You are literally a two minute walk to a central line station where you can access all lines with 2-6 stops. We had plenty of anything you would need for a long period stay. We were worried being from the states that not having air conditioning would be an issue, but between the breeze from the windows and fans that Yvonne brought us, we never got hot. This is a very high end neighborhood. You will see many Bentleys, Porches, Ferraris, and Range Rovers all around the flat. There is also a small grocery store and many breakfast/sandwich shops around the block. From before, arrival, during, and after the trip, the communication was excellent and when we will come back to London, we will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent stay
If one is looking for a comfortable extended stay (ours was a month long) in a great location with a wonderful host, this apartment will meet your needs. While not fancy, it had a full range of modern appliances, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. It also contains a full second bath, albeit on the small side. Yvonne was immediately responsive to any requests we had, and is a lovely person.

Cute flat and amazing location
A friend and I stayed in this cute flat for 5 days, and had a great stay. The property is extremely well situated and the owner is responsive, kind, and flexible. The beds are comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! Truly, the location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to the Tube, and was easy to get to from Heathrow via the Elizabeth and Central lines. The surrounding neighborhood is so cute and has all the amenities you need — coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants pubs, and a park all in easy walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Home away from home
My husband, our two kids, and I stayed at Yvonne’s flat for about a week at the start of April and we were so happy with our stay. Yvonne met us at the flat to welcome us and show us around, which was very helpful. We really loved having the two twin beds and the two bathrooms given that we have teenagers. The primary suite had such a comfortable bed for us parents! We enjoyed having a place to eat and relax in front of the tv when we weren’t out site-seeing - and having the washer and dryer was so helpful. The neighborhood is ideal. Laid back and full of adorable shops. We celebrated my birthday while we were there and my husband surprised me with chocolates, coffee, flowers, and delicious breakfast foods all within 1 block. The tube station is about a 60 second walk away. Everything was to our expectations and we would absolutely stay at Yvonne’s flat again.
