To have someone explain the heating system as at times the room was a bit cold Neither of these small requests were dealt with. "We really liked the location of the hotel, not too far of a walk to a few different underground stations, close to restaurants and pubs. We stayed with our 2 kids and the room was decent sized room. The pullout was on the smaller size than what we are used to, but our kids were able to sleep on it without issue. I'd stay here again."

"Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! "Wonderful people and so friendly and helpful. Very small accommodation and bathroom was almost alarmingly tiny. Could use more space for things, limited shelving or surfaces to use for our belongings. Mini fridge was a huge plus, and the mattresses were new I believe, as they were amazingly comfortable. Slept really well there, and it was very quiet. Nice stay, but probably not for people who need a bit more space, have a lot of luggage, or are used to American chain hotels. Would definitely...
