"We were able to check in early on a Wednesday, and desk was willing to keep bags if not, and will keep bags even after check out. Greeting was friendly, and room was clean & very quiet and we were on the 3rd floor. Great roof top bar as well. The room was small as others have noted, but very efficient. Was in the city for a show, not the room anyway!"

"Main gripe was with the lifts which are tiny and not very reliable. Otherwise excellent staff and cleanliness, fantastic location for watching all the Broadway shows you want. Would definitely return!"

"LOVELY EXPERIENCE AND VERY NICE PROPERTY. The gentleman assigned to the Concierge Desk the morning of Friday, April 25, provided excellent customer service when I requested a cab to the airport. He was very gracious, friendly, and a true gentleman when he offered to load my backpack in the car. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends."
