"Fabulous place - considering how big it is, it was kept immaculate. The staff is so friendly and always willing to accommodate. The pools are amazing - so big to the point where you never feel crowded. For being an all inclusive I was not sure how the food would be - but the buffets are GOOD!! My kids had the best time. I would return. "

"I had an amazing time during my stay at Excellence El Carmen! Right from my arrival, I was greeted with such a welcoming and friendly feeling, and the service was excellent. Its important to note that the service was maintained the entire time, no matter where we were. They truly go above and beyond with making you feel pampered and at home. We tried nearly all the dining options and walked out of each so impressed that we enjoyed the meals so much!! The pool area was excellent and beach was so beautiful and clean. The whole trip felt like a dream, and we can't wait to go back!! "
