"We had an amazing time. The beaches are beautiful. The food was great. We didn’t have one bad meal. The employees were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Whether you are having dinner, getting a drink or just taking a walk, if you come in contact with an employee they make you feel like you're at a 5 star resort. Make a reservation quickly because the fill up fast. I made the mistake of not specifying I wanted a first floor room. I paid for a deluxe room but was given a premium room. What makes it premium? 47 more square feet and second floor. I later found out that they just gave my room to someone else because they checked for another 1st floor room and they did not have one available. I definitely recommend this resort."

"Loved the facility. A staff person named Erol offered to drive his own car to the store to purchase a pail so my husband could soak his injured foot. Other staff members were also helpful and very pleasant! -There is an amazing rooftop infinity pool with an adjacent restaurant and a useful fitness room."

"the staff really cared about making us comfortable. From the moment we arrived Bolivar showed us our room and explained everything we needed to get started. On the beach where we spent most of our time Oscar, Jose and Kevin helped us setup and were very friendly. We even got to chat with Jason the security guard as we passed. Place was beautiful. the food was excellent."
