"Good location near subway station and temples in Higashiyama. Extremely quite neighbourhood. The experience is very Japanese: lots of sliding shoji screen doors, futons, tatami mats, narrow spaces, very steep staircase. If you are looking for a Japanese experience, you will be very happy here. The Inn is a bit hard to find. Watch the YouTube video that guides you through the tricky last 100m.
