From our room, we could see cranes, turtles and large fish! Excellent decor with art and beautiful lighting, incredibly spacious (3 stories, all with full bath) with nice amenities (coffee/tea, pajamas/robe, umbrellas, laundry!, rooftop deck) and all rooms/floors had separate lockable entry code. We were able to send some of our luggage ahead, and it was waiting for us at the check-in counter across the street from the train station, which is where you check in. We stayed in 1F and it was huge and very quiet, and it had laundry. We loved exploring Kyoto from this location, as it's so close to a very cute part. We only wish we made a better plan for seeing the rest of Kyoto. It's big and spread out. "
