"First time staying here with my wife and her assistance dog. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, putting my wife at ease and respecting that the dog was working. For an executive room, it was a little small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was quite expensive (we didn't prebook it) but was excellent quality and, again, great service. "Went for a Christmas party and stayed over. Meal was very good. Bar prices ok for draught beers and wines but spirits drain the wallet. Disco entertainment kept the dancers happy. The hotel itself though is very tired and needs spending on. Furniture and decor outdated. Rooms strangely arranged in shape. The first room I was incorrectly shown to had a dirty tissue on the floor so poorly cleaned. The host Igor was happy to relocate me to the room I had booked. I wouldn't tell people to stay away...
