"The pictures online are a total lie compared to what they actually look like. Our door doesn’t have the extra lock latch. Our toilet tank top is cracked in half. You have to have the bathroom fan on to shower or the fire alarm goes off because they stupidly installed a sprinkler IN the shower. There are only 4 channels on the tv and the WiFi does not work. Your blanket is basically a flat sheet. The ONLY positive is that the bed is clean and the worker was nice. Do not recommend staying here if...

"I feel like I got what I paid for. I had to travel with some friends who booked a more expensive hotel. However, I wanted something more reasonable yet decent. This price was affordable and the hotel was pretty good. So I’m satisfied. "

"Great stay! Everything was within walking distance—and if it wasn’t, the subway and union station are very close. The property was very clean and quiet. Front desk is extremely friendly, when we needed something all we did was call and they would come up with what we needed. Would definitely come back. If you’re looking for big rooms, you might want to book suites, but if you’re okay with small rooms, book!"

"Our stay was a short one, but enjoyed our stay in it’s entirely. Staff was more than welcoming, providing complementary upgrade options and added time to our check-out. There was a bar and nice and cozy reception area! We would definitely recommend! "
