A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"Staff was very friendly & helpful plenty of choice to eat in the restaurant, down sides there was a work station in the room but no chair to sit on to work, TV was very hit and miss it is free view and most of the channels didn’t work toilet roll was just placed on the top of the holder which is very lazy by housekeeping. Bed had sharp wooden corners on it which I caught my shin on 3 or 4 times I’m sure it would be easy enough to make the corners round instead of sharp "
