"Greta place to stay in the heart of Newcastle quayside "

"Lovely new corporate hotel . The place was spotlessly clean and the room was great and the bed comfortable . The only downsides were there were only two charging points for a large hotel but when we were able to use it , it was of a reasonable power for an overnight charge . The service in the bar wasn’t great . We had to wait a long time to be served and they weren’t very accommodation . The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast room were attentive . Great location . "

"Cannot fault our stay. Staff, particularly Jack at the bar were absolutely amazing! So friendly, couldn’t be more helpful, with a smile on their face even right at the end of the shift. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time we visit Newcastle. Room was clean, well proportioned and tastefully decorated. Brilliant for the money we paid. "
