"The staff have been exceptional. Kylie assisted us with our tours and transport. Susan assisted us with a medical issue and not only took us to the Pharmacy but also helped with the translation. All the staff have been great from the door to the roof top bar. Breakfast was included and was not only a lovely dining environment but also had a great view.
