She also checked in on us during breakfast to make sure everything was ok. There were guests that were quite rude to her and she handled the situation in a very professional manner. The property was in a convenient location and the atmosphere around was great. Would definitely recommend to people travelling to Hanoi and want to be in the middle of the action "
