"Staff was outstanding. Food in the pub downstairs was great. Good nearby ethnic restaurants. Buses ran down the street and directly to Hammersmith Station (Tube). One downside is no lift but staff compensated when we arrived. Not open til 1pm so plan arrival accordingly."

"Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...
