Although the view from the window was obscured due to refurbishment works during our stay. We still enjoyed the W12 rooms, and found it's price to be very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and it's location

What a gem to find this awesome hotel! Right next to Westfields and the underground and excellent bus routes. Spotlessly clean! Large screen TV and the bonus of having a small fridge in the room. Single rooms are on the road side of the hotel so expect some road traffic noise as well as pedestrian noises but not too bothersome as the size and facilities suited me. Staff couldn't be more helpful! Have already booked my next stay šŸ˜Š

Really loved staying there, the shepherd's Bush underground was right next door and Westfield mall was just a few steps away with tons of food options and endless shopping. The staff was constantly smiling, so polite and helpful, I've never had such a good experience with a hotel before, 100% recommend.

Always a pleasant stay at W12 Rooms
I've always stayed at the W12 rooms since 2018. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Its right beside Shepherds Bush underground station on the Central Line so handy for anywhere in London and you've London Overground station across the road and Westfield shopping centre behind you!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned, replenished daily. The location is excellent for shopping ( right next to W12 shopping centre ), with a large variety of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also excellent location for transport being right next to Shepherds Bush tube station. Could not fault it.

Great stay at W12. Clean and nice rooms in a great location. There a lot of stairs as I was on the top floor but the staff took my bags up for me which was a nice touch. The only downside was my room had a skylight which had no blind so was very bright in the early morning, but otherwise a great stay.
