"The staff were incredibly lovely and kind, giving advice about the area and nearest places to eat/shop and travel. Bed were very comfortable and the area was quiet so we had a great nights sleep. Check in/check out was made very easy by all staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at the Adria again when we come to London."

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. Ignore it there is none at all. The saving grace was the staff booking in who were very courteous and the 24 hour helpline who...

"The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed. "
