"I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup. I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me. "

"Both the exterior and interior are absolutely beautiful. Staff are extremely warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for london; they were also accommodating for allergies. Despite it being so central, all we could hear overnight and in the morning was birdsong! The room seemed clean, apart from a very questionable patch of dried liquid on the chair, and some milk past its best in the fridge. Overall a lovely stay"
