I am very sorry to tell the truth. I was disappointed about what I have found. I was located at Room-3 with own shower and toilet. Surprisely the toilet was not functioning and is really broken in pieces. The cleaner was shocked and excused him self Manny time, he tried to contact the office on 02081642202.no contact, later came back and had contact and told me the toilet will be repaired between 5 and 7 pm. I agreed and went out for a meeting in Central London. Surprisely, there were nobody to fix the toilet and the Electric heater was even removed from my room. I paid for a room with private toilet, however could not use it? I asked for refund which was accepted by the office and they told me, you will get full refund, but you need to F contact the Expedia which I have done. After a long story and chating with robot and later with Mr. Jessus. I am still waiting on my refund and service compensation from the company. There is no word of apology menchend by the Orlando Hotel. Personally, I will not advice my friends to book this hotel unless I have got my refund back and a written apology for from the hotel.
Please, I ask other guests who want to stay at room-3to check the toilet functioning before they accept the room without any delay and no excuses that the toilet will be fixed directly.
