"We arrived on the property to find that someone else was staying in our room. We could not get a hold of the owner or host, so called VRBO. After being on thw phone for over an hour, someone showed up, put us in a TINY, TERRIBLE room and left. Being if a foreign country, not speaking the language, reaveling with children..we sat in The room to try and get everything straightened out.
