"Yuri is an amazing, kind, loving hostess . The home is beautiful inside and out. The continental breakfast with fresh local fruit was the perfect start to our day. The location is surrounded with beautiful vegetation and birds. Their are 2 lovely, friendly rescued kitties that were so much fun to play with. Uber is very convenient for low cost travel around the area if you are not driving. Yuri was very helpful with ideas and suggestions of places to eat at and see during our short stay. We...

"Probably the best stay in mexico. It’s not pretentious, it has a homey vibe and the owner is hands-on of the property. Its a distance from the shore but walkable which I like, away from loud music and party. Thank you for having us Felipa!"

"This place is great because it has its own beach and is secluded from others by nature. The building is beautiful with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. The room had ample space and enough pillows (which has never happened before, for us anyway). The only negative was a smell that would linger either from the surrounding mangroves or the plumbing. The continental breakfast was decent and we rode the bikes around the are to explore. Would definitely stay here again to get away from the crowds...

"The stay was just as described. The hosts were very attentive and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint would be that the walls were very thin and the guests weren’t very quiet next door. Overall I would stay again though. "

"Lovely home style BnB within 15-20 mins leisurely walk to seafront downtown area of Cozumel. Friendly and warm hospitality from Hannah. Lovely dogs on property. Spacious and clean room. Gorgeous garden. Has a pool which I did not use as I was diving every day. Very close to airport. I was first dropped off from airport via government shuttle and it was a mere ten minutes by taxi to airport midweek. Breakfast is included. "We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"The property is good. Beach front but at least the room I got was noisy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. At the beginning it was too cold and couldn't make it warmer. I had to open the window. Next day it was off and I couldn't turn it on. Besides that everything was all right. "

"The water park is so fun!! And the access to the beach is beautiful. If you want to visit Cancun but be further away from the party scene, which is a better spot for families! "

"When we first arrived, we were a little disappointed by the eroded beach. But after a few days, we realized that the magic of Playa Palms completely absorbed us. This place is awesome, and affordable. It’s located, literally in the heart of everything in Playa, but somehow miraculously quiet. The rooms are cute, and very clean. "It was a wonderful experience. As Expedia VIP members we got a room upgrade and a personal concierge which was a huge help especially with dinner reservations. Ours was Viktor and l want to recognize him for his professional, prompt response every time we needed something. The New Year’s Party is one of the best l ever seen, we had so much fun!👏👏 The pools are clean and the beach is maintained daily to make sure there is not a lot of seaweed around. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help out. Thank you for a great time!"
