"My stay was very pleasant overall. The staff was cheerful and helpful, my room was very quiet even the the hotel fronts on a busy street. Air conditioning was more than adequate even on a couple of days that reached 100 F. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed. A couple of minor complaints. "The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay...

"The place is clean, comfortable, and the Mexican food Patrica ordered for delivery was excellent. I can’t say enough positive if you are looking for a clean affordable place to stay in Cancun, Patricia has just the place. She even drove us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. "

"Such a lovely cozy property with kind owners/staff. Campus cat very friendly and we loved to pet her on the way to the room. Very secure. Close to main road for easy access to local shops/restaurants/parks. Supermarket around the corner for cheaper options. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"This place is great because it has its own beach and is secluded from others by nature. The building is beautiful with a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. The room had ample space and enough pillows (which has never happened before, for us anyway). The only negative was a smell that would linger either from the surrounding mangroves or the plumbing. The continental breakfast was decent and we rode the bikes around the are to explore. Would definitely stay here again to get away from the crowds...

"We read reviews about this accommodation saying it is ideal for short term stay. It is true ,it is an excellent location for transit. However we spent two weeks and were pleased. The big terrace compensates the lack of space in the room. Oscar accomplished all of our wishes and we will come again.Thanks Oscar."

"We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"We were a little worried we wouldn’t like this hotel because of the bad reviews it had but took the risk anyways and it was definitely worth it. From the moment you enter the property, everything looks amazing. They help you with baggage and get you to your room as soon as possible. It’s very clean and calm. Very beautiful inside and out. The beach is gorgeous and the food is delicious. You have many options and they even serve you by the poolside. Would definitely go again! "
