Without exception, they were brilliant with my five year old granddaughter. The rooms do need an upgrade but they were very clean, lovely and warm with tea making facilities. Amazing value for money! "Everything about our stay at the Novotel was excellent. We arrived far later than expected but our room was not only ready but upgrades. The staff were so kind and could tell we had such a difficult day without us even mentioning it to them. It was very sweet of them to provide this for us. Room was clean and cleaning staff were friendly. The gentleman on the 15th floor cleaning rooms in the afternoon of Feb 16th was such a gem! "
