The only thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for the spa which you would thing would be free with it being a 4 star hotel. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean, tidy and just what we needed for a few days away. Great place in Liverpool a stones throw from good restaurants, shopping, pubs, the docks and 15 min walk from the train station. Very quiet and hidden away which was perfect for a good nights sleep too. Would recommend and stay again. "
