"Great hotel with lovely features.Our dockside double room was spacious and clean.It included 2 sofas,coffee table,a bar area &coffee pod machine.The bathroom was nice with huge rainfall shower. Didn't like the fact you had to pay to park there (£10 for 24hrs)"

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"Great value city centre hotel. Friendly and efficient check in, staff really helpful, good complimentary breakfast. The family room is fantastic for older children, being slightly seperate rather than all in one room. Spacious and very clean rooms, great showers."

"The dixie dean is in a great location. We had 4 adults in a room and the room was massive with 2 3/4 beds pushed together and a king size bed that was sooo comfy. 3 of is fitted in the jacuzzi bath which was entertaining to say the least 😁 the room was a great size hairdryer and wardrobe also a kettle, tea coffee and toiletries. breakfast was great with a goos variety of continental ans cooked with a selection of drinks to go with it and fruit. Bar had offers on. "
