"Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I booked a one night stay here and double (sleeper room) my room was changed to a room with a view of the Thames. Nice clean and comfortable. Room I was given tho it was directly opposite the lifts so was very noisy guests that need some consideration to not talk because they sounded like they were in my room. Sign needs to be put in place to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum when going to their rooms."

"Only stayed the 1 night. Staff amazing from reception, bar staff and the poor individual that had to change a bed at midnight after original sofa bed jammed. Really felt well looked after and hotel was really pleasant. "

"Central location. Walking distance from Buckingham Palace. Place is located in front of Victoria Station. Neighborhood is a little sketchy after dark. Staff was friendly, but sometimes difficult to understand."
