"The room was a bit beat up. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, the paint not as fresh as it could be, and the floors had visible damage. The bed was very comfortable though."

"The Ritz Bacara is beautiful. Driving in to the courtyard and being greeted immediately. Valet, bell service and check-in were a breeze and set the tone for relaxation and ease. Tiana was delightful. Our room was lovely. We took advantage of all 4 restaurants on property and were spoiled at all of them. "Great location near highway and lots of shopping options close to downtown Santa Barbara with out the pricetag."

" I booked the Garden Inn for my parents for a one-night stay while they visited me in Goleta, and they were very satisfied with the experience. The facility felt brand new, the room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Although there is a railroad behind the hotel, I was initially concerned about train noise, but there was no train traffic during their stay. I will definitely book this place again."

"They were closing the property and didn’t mention their amenities were closing so we didn’t receive our complimentary breakfast or being able to use their pool on the property."
