"This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "

Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold).
