"My family and I stayed here during our vacation to Pigeon Forge. It was our first time staying at this property; the front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel had plenty of parking. We enjoyed feeding the ducks by the river. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms with a balcony, and the view at night was gorgeous. The breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of options that changed daily. My mother commented that it is the nicest hotel she has ever stayed in....

"The hotel is less than a year old so everything was bright and shiny. Rooms were nice and fairly comfortable. We do have a couple complaints. First, the bar/food was not up to par. The menu that they provide was only patially available but we were not fully advised of that prior to ordering. Ordered a pretzel with beer cheese. Wawa no beer cheese or anything else to dip it on. Flatbread was terrible. Second, no microwave in the room. We do typically reheat leftovers so that was a big negative....

"The rooms are nice and everything was clean and worked well. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The tent room where the twin beds are doesn’t get great air circulation so I’d advise adjusting your thermostat down when you get there and leaving the tent door open. Other than that we all had a very comfortable stay, with 5 kids ages 5-14 everyone had a great time. We will be back! "
