"This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "

"The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall. "

"The Inn is right on the Island so we never left for anything! Shopping, dining, the beautiful fountain! They had live bands too! Valet parking also. Starbucks in the entrance. It was the best!"
