"Weve stayed in gatlinburg or pigeon forge many, many times. Weve stayed at some good places but never this nice. The pool was always a perfect temperature, hot tubs were wo derful on colder days. And the best part os, after over 2 decades of cisiting and even living in the mountains for a time, I fonally saw my first bear on the property. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we still miss the poolside cafe. We have found our new go to hotel in the area for sure. We will be back. "

"Stay was great! This cabin has everything you need and is really clean and well organized :). We will be back! Only thing to take note is that your GPS (we used Waze, google maps was accurate once we put the address in) may not take you to the right cabin so just make sure you watch for the address. There is a sign with the address so just watch for it. "

"Fair price for average hotel room, we had the river view which was great. Overall the room fit our needs but the mattress and my back were not friends. Indoor pool & jacuzzi were fine. Breakfast was repetitive and bland but free. Clean, no bugs."
