"Beautiful little boutique hotel on East Bay Street convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. We loved our room. Lots of light, big bathroom, balcony overlooking East Bay. A very nice continental breakfast. And as a bonus Carmella's is right next door. Open til midnight. Best carrot cake ever! "The hotel was impeccably decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was so polite and helpful. Our room was well appointed and had all the comforts you could think of, which included robes, slippers, umbrellas, bottled water, etc. The one drawback to the room was that it didn’t have a mini fridge. We loved having the pastries and coffee in the morning too! Bed and pillows were very comfortable!"

"It was a lovely room in a great location. Centrally located. One of only 3 rooms in the building. It was comfortable and spacious!! We received numerous emails with information and instructions, all easy to follow. The parking garage was around the corner and easily accessible. And, after leaving, I realized I left a few articles of clothing in the closet which they quickly mailed out to me. An overall great experience!!!"

"We loved the hotel.it was clean, comfortable, nice beds, great view of the ocean. But they needed to remove the ice from the sidewalk and entrance to parking garage. This was a safety hazard someone could fall and get seriously injured. "

"I was in Charleston for a wellness day for myself. And I am so happy I stayed at this hotel. The place was clean, it was quiet, even though the hotel was packed, it’s right on the ocean and the view is beautiful. The only thing is the parking underneath. The building only has maybe seven or eight spots, but you can park all along the street or they have their own dedicated parking lot off the main drag. Will stay here again, lots of good dining options! "

"This is the third time we’re staying here! Even if this time our visit coincided with the once in a generation winter storm, it was still an unforgettable experience.
