"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"So I want to start with we want to leave a 5 star rating because this property is stellar! It’s beautiful historic clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing from check in to roof top bartender (he saved the day!) to the cleaning staff who were professional and amazing and finally allowing us to check out at 12 PM after our request - thank you! We stayed for three nights on the third night (a Saturday) there were two private events which closed the pool deck, hotel restaurant and beautiful...
