"I recommend this hotel for its staff and cleanliness. The most stunning part was the beautiful pothos plants that really felt like the outdoors was inside. Be prepared to pay a $150 deposit, didn’t plan for this and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed. Convenient location to American Dream and Meadowlands."

"The stay was wonderful and the cleaning crew was excellent with my mother. Eloisa was very helpful to mom. I wish that all your workers are as loyal she she was with my mom. Thanks to her my mom had a wonderful time at our hotel. Can wait to come n visit again. "

"rooms are small but location is excellent. however you spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators as they are slow and outdated plus we had flies in the shower and our room was extremely hot."

"This property is a convenient location with free parking, a free shuttle, and free breakfast! The train station is close so you can travel to NYC. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. It’s a great place to stay and many things near by to do. I can’t wait to stay again!"

"Perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was amazing. Clean enough to be comfortable. Toilet was a little hard to flush. Not sure if thermostat was working properly."

"I liked that I was warmly invited. My key didn’t work , but staff activated it immediately. I like that the hotel was walking distance to 42th station on the subway. You could board the 7 train to get to LaGuardia Airport. Also, you could walk to Pier 81, 83 to catch the Circle line cruises and the Intrpid museum. After our Broadway show, the Hard Rock had the most delicious hamburger.❤️"

"It was our daughter’s tenth birthday and they gave us a free upgrade to the 43rd floor. Gorgeous view! It was our first time in NYC and we can’t wait to go back. Beautifully located in the middle of time square. Subway access right at the corner. Times eatery across the street was delicious. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. "
