"Everyone had plenty of space to spread out (4 adults, 2 teenagers) which was really nice after a long day in the car and/or on the trails. Landscaping made the house feel private. Our giant Ford Expedition fit and could maneuver comfortably in the driveway. Host provided local recommendations which were really helpful, and was responsive for any questions. "Our daughter and 8 year old twins live in Eureka and we came up to treat them for Thanksgiving. The kids got their own rooms and so did their mom. My wife and I took the downstairs bedroom. The house has everything one could wish for in a rental. We were thoroughly impressed with the beds, bath, kitchen and our host who brought a new TV while we were there. Great place."

"The location was good but a number of homeless around. They did not bother you. Need better lighting in the rooms, but the fire stick worked great. It is 100 years old, so comes with the issues associated with that."
